Grown up in the food business, he lives his passion for fine cuisine and especially for good wine. Marco is the sommelier at Arte & Gusto, the person who drives around to scout out the best Italian wines. You will find him in the wine shop or restaurant, ready to provide recommendations on the best pairing for your dishes.

Alfonso

FLAVOURS AND TRADITIONS

He brings the aromas, flavours and tradition of the Amalfi coast, but his thirty-year experience, his creative soul and love for cuisine drive him to constant innovation. Every day his inspiration starts in front of the market stalls, where he personally chooses the fresh products to ensure that only the best reaches the Arte & Gusto tables.

Imma

TRADITION IN THE KITCHEN

Imma was 12 when she started making mozzarella in her parents' dairy factory. With a strong bond to tradition, she loves artisan preparations. In Arte & Gusto's kitchen, she prepares all the fresh pasta single-handedly.

Francesco

A LOVE FOR BREAD

The son of a baker, Francesco grew up with the aroma of bread and with flour in his hands.
His love for bread started in childhood. Today you will find him in front of Arte & Gusto's wood-fired oven, busy baking crunchy bread and quality pizzas.

Nunzia

THE PASTRY CHEF

Lemon delizia, babà and pastiera. Nunzia brings the best from Campania's pastry tradition to Arte & Gusto.
